Damaged or Incorrect Product Sent?
If your product arrives damaged or the wrong product arrives, please advise us within 3 business days of receipt so we can arrange for a refund or replacement item to be sent. You will be required to send us a picture and/or video of the damaged product in order to qualify for a full refund. If this time period passes, it will be up to our Customer Service team to make a judgement call dependant upon your circumstance(s). You will not need to return a damaged or product that was sent incorrectly to you in order to receive your full refund. You may keep the items as well as be entitled to the full refund.
Exchange or Change of Mind?
We also accept returns due to change of mind if you are unhappy with the item(s). Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and advise that you would like to exchange your item for a different model. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us. Once we receive the item we will send out the item you are looking to replace it with. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and you will still be required to ship back the item to us to receive the remaining amount. You cannot exchange custom made or personalized items as they were made just for you and cannot be resold to someone else.
We cannot refund you if your item is still in transit. You will need to wait patiently to receive the item before applying and qualifying for a refund. We do not control the world wide shipping network. Should your item be LOST, we will refund you in full. We supply a tracking number and purchase insurance for each parcel shipped to protect our customers. Please refer to our Shipping Policyfor further details.
We accept returns.
If you ordered a product and are unsatisfied, had a changed of mind, or it doesn't fit, we do accept returns. However, you will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and from then you will have 7 days to arrange delivery back to us. You are required to pay for the shipping cost to return the product back to us. Please refer to the FAQ's tab for more information. Items cannot be returned to us if 30 days have passed and you have not stated your intention to organize a return of your item(s).
The only exception that applies is to personalized or custom made items. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items, unless there is a spelling error. If a spelling error has occurred we will require a photo and cross reference the photo with your personalization request at time of order. In a rare instance that your item is spelled incorrectly, you will have to choice of a new product sent or a full refund and there would be no need to send back the incorrectly spelled item to us.

If you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s). You will need to explain why you are unsatisfied. From here, we will offer you a refund based on the following conditions:
1. You will need to return the item(s) to us.
2. The item(s) returned will need to be undamaged, complete with packaging, components, manuals, etc. We do not accept returns on pesonalized or custom made items.
3. Upon supplying the tracking number, we will issue you a 50% refund. Upon receiving the item(s), we will issue you remaining amount once the items are confirmed as unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
