We ship WORLD-WIDE at no additional cost to you.

Our goal is to offer you our products, no matter where you live. All of our prices include delivery. That's right, no matter where you live, we can ship to you and it does not cost you extra. Everyday, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing Time:

This refers to order verification, quality check and packing your items for dispatch. The majority of orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 business days after the order is placed and payment has been received in full. The exception applies to handmade, made to order or custom items. These can take up to 5 - 7 business days to process as the items must be made especially for you!

Shipping Time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the final destination. International delivery can take as little as 7 days but could possibly take up to 6 weeks depending on where you live in the world and the customs clearance process for your country.

If you have not received your product within 6 weeks* of your shipping notification email, please contact us. We will investigate and if there is a delivery issue, rest assured that you will be fully refunded or we can arrange for dispatch of the order again free of charge. 

For reference some estimated shipping times by popular countries given to us by shipping companies:

USA (Local Delivery Partner- USPS): 7 - 20 business days

Canada (Local Delivery Partner- Canada Post): 14 - 20 business days 

United Kingdom (Local Delivery Partner- Royal Mail): 14 - 20 business days

Australia (Local Delivery Partner- Australia Post): 12 - 20 business days 

New Zealand (Local Delivery Partner- New Zealand Post): 12 - 20 business days 

For large, heavy, or bulky orders we use UPS, FEDEX, TNT and/or TOLL as the delivery partners above cannot deliver overweight parcels. These express service companies generally deliver goods within 5-10 business days (depends on your city and country of residence).

Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, many shipping companies across the world will not be operating at regular capacity and unfortunately there will be delays due to this. We do sincerely apologize for any delays in shipping but unfortunately this is completely out of our control. Rest assured, if your item is NOT delivered, we will refund you in full.

If your local government charges VAT (value added tax) on international purchases, there is no need to worry.The price you paid already includes the VAT within it for all orders that are considered a B2C transaction (a few items less than a few hundred USD). It is prepaid on your behalf. However, if your government does not charge mandatory VAT, then customs and import taxes may apply over a certain value. VAT is NOT PREPAID ON WHOLESALE ORDERS. You will need to pay any locally require VAT payments with your government for wholesale orders. Please read more below regarding this. 

Customs & Import Taxes:

  • Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
  • Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges. 
  • Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Disclaimer:

We will not be responsible for delays in shipping due to postal services, natural disasters, pandemics and rush/busy seasons. Unfortunately we have no control over the world wide postal network, nor the customs clearance process in the dispatch country or country of arrival. However, as mentioned above, if you do not receive your item within 6* weeks of shipping notification you would of received from us, please let us know. We will be happy to look into it and solve the problem for you. Kindly take note that we cannot offer you a full refund due to a delay in shipment from postal service(s). Your are more than welcome to contact your local delivery partner and they can provide you with more updates on the location of your parcel. If you do not receive your parcel we are happy to refund you in full the money paid, via the method you originally paid (PayPal or Credit Card) or resend you replacement.

September 25, 2021: * Full refunds are now being issued if you do not receive your order within 75 days of the shipping notification email you have received from us. When your item arrives, you can keep it for free as a good will gesture. Again, we do apologize on behalf of the world wide shipping situation but we do not control the shipping companies nor the current circumstances. We can offer promises like we have made here of free items within a certain period. You must wait the time period in order to get a full refund. If your item is lost and not delayed, we do apologize. This is not common but can and does happen on rare occasions. If your item is lost, you will receive your full refund after the 75 days and we do not need to ship you a new item as you have been refunded. Should you wish to have a new order re-sent instead of the refund, we can arrange for that as well but please bear in mind the shipping times mentioned above. 

Attention: We can only ship you your order if the shipping companies are operating globally and delivering to your country. If for some reason there is a shipping ban to your country of residence, we cannot ship you your order as the shipping carriers will NOT be able to deliver your order locally to you due to government restrictions. On this very rare occasion, we will refund you in full and cancel the transaction. This is a rare occurrence and only applies to countries with postal strikes or where a local government has decided to ban post from other countries for various reasons. We do not control this. We are not your local government or the shipping network. We are online retailer and provide quality products and exceptional customer service but cannot control the decision making of your local government banning international mail for any reason, including COVID19. We have the right to refund you in full and not provide you our product(s) if we are unable to do so. Full refunds will always be issued and there is no risk to you.
